Registration info and fees

Convention registration deadline is Wednesday, February 18, 2026.
APCI special room rates at the Galt House Hotel are available until Monday, February 9, 2026.
Please see below for more hotel information.

Convention registration forms may be submitted online to reserve space, however the registration process is not final until checks or credit card payment are received. Registration fees are refundable prior to January 31, 2026.

You may pay for your registration either by having APCI deduct your fees from rebates, by mailing a check to APCI, or by credit card. Please note: Credit card payments will incur a 3 percent processing fee.

Attendees – $300.00 each
Children Under Age 18 – $100.00 each

Hotel Information

REMINDER! Hotel reservations are not included in the registration package/fees. There are a limited number of rooms available at APCI member discounted rates. Room rates do not include applicable taxes, resort fees or other fees, or parking. Convention attendees are responsible for booking their own hotel reservations.
